UrbanPlan is a real estate development simulation in which students will be placed in development teams and assigned individual roles on their team. Each team creates a proposal in response to the RFP (Request for Proposals) issued by the municipality in this simulation. The objective – to win the contract to redevelop the site. Teams present their proposals to the “City Council” which selects the winning developer.
